UNLIMITED TAX BONDS, SERIES 2021A

The Board of Directors of Williamson-Liberty Hill Municipal Utility District (the “District”) will

publicly receive sealed bids on their $4,500,000 Unlimited Tax Bonds, Series 2021A (the

“Bonds”) on Monday, October 4, 2021 by 9:00 A.M., CDT, at the designated meeting place outside the boundaries of the district at Gray Engineering, Inc., 8834 North Capital of Texas Highway, Suite 140, Austin, Texas 78759. At a meeting on Monday, October 4, 2021 at 12:00 P.M., CDT, the Board will immediately take action to reject any and all bids or accept the bid resulting in the lowest net interest cost to the District.

A bid for Bonds may be delivered to the District electronically, by telephone or delivered directly

to the District in a sealed envelope addressed to the President and Board of Directors of the District at the Specialized Public Finance Inc. address. All bidders must submit a signed “Official Bid Form” and a bank cashier’s check in the amount of $90,000 made payable to the District as a Good Faith Deposit.
