A Memorial Stair Climb was held at Birkelbach Field on Monday, September 11, 2023, the 22nd anniversary of the terrorist attacks in New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C.   Georgetown's first responders climbed the stadium steps to pay homage to first responders who perished in the World Trade Center towers.
