PUBLIC NOTICE TO PROPOSERS

Pursuant to the provisions of Texas Government Code, Section §2269.255-256, it is the intention of Chasco Constructors, the Construction Manager-at-Risk for the New Williamson County Headquarters Facility, to select, via proposals from trade contractors and subcontractors, for provision of all labor, material, and equipment and for the performance of all major elements of the work required to Complete “ Bid Package 2 – Pier Package” inclusive of drilled piers, grade beams,  under slab drainage, mud slab, AC chillers and electrical main panel for this project.  WBE/MBE/HUB and DBE certified companies are encouraged to submit proposals.
