Pursuant to the provisions of Texas Government Code, Section §2269.255-256, it is the intention of Chasco Constructors, the Construction Manager-at-Risk for the New Williamson County Headquarters Facility, to select, via proposals from trade contractors and subcontractors, for provision of all labor, material, and equipment and for the performance of all major elements of the work required to Complete Bid Package 1 – Early Site Package for this project. WBE/MBE/HUB and DBE certified companies are encouraged to submit proposals.
Proposals must be delivered and/or emailed to Chasco Constructors, 2801 East Old Settlers Blvd., Round Rock, TX 78665: and such proposals will be received by 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday the 13th of March 2024.
