The City of Georgetown is considering the annexation of the following property into the city limits. WATER TREATMENT PLANT NO. 2 - 400,000 GALLON ELEVATED STORAGE TANK

General Notice

Sonterra Municipal Utility District (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: WATER TREATMENT PLANT NO. 2 - 400,000 GALLON ELEVATED STORAGE TANK

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of Jones-Heroy & Associates, Inc., located at 2204 South Hwy 281, Suite D, Lampasas, Texas 76550, until Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read.

– The Project includes the following Work:

Constructing a 400,000 Gallon Elevated Storage Tank (EST) at Owner’s Water Treatment Plant No. 2, 324 Limestone Terrace, Jarrell, Texas, valves, fire hydrant, water line piping, electrical work, erosion control, SCADA system upgrade, gates, fencing, site grading, and related appurtenances.

– Bids are requested for the following Contract:

Water Treatment No. 2 - 400,000 Gallon Elevated Storage Tank

Obtaining the Bidding Documents

– Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website: www.CivcastUSA.com

Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

– Pre-bid Conference

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the District Office, 113 Limestone Terrace, Jarrell, Texas 76537. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

NOTICE OF SOLICITATION

The Williamson County Commissioners Court invites the submission of sealed responses for:

RFP #23RFP96 Landscape Maintenance Services for Williamson County Facilities

Sealed responses will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Williamson County Purchasing Office located at 100 Wilco Way, Suite P101, Georgetown, Texas 78626 on August 15, 2023 at 3:00PM CST. All sealed responses must be received on or before the stated date/ time.

Solicitation documents can be viewed by visiting the Williamson County Bonfire Portal at https://wilco.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities or by visiting the Williamson County Purchasing website at https://wilco.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=login and selecting vendor registration link. There is no fee to register as a supplier or to participate in the County’s solicitation process.

Any bonds that may be required for this solicitation will be specified in the solicitation documents.

The Williamson County Commissioners Court reserves the right to accept the best value response as deemed by the Court or reject any and/or all responses.

The receipt of electronic responses will be registered in Bonfire. The Time-Date Stamp Clock located at the Williamson County Purchasing Department will serve as the official clock for the purpose of verifying the date and time of receipt of paper responses.

Respondents shall submit pricing as specified in the solicitation documents. Payment will be made by the respondents preferred method as filed with the Williamson County Auditor’s Office, provided that respondents preferred method of payment is a form of payment acceptable to Williamson County.
