REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Construction Manager-at-Risk

Jarrell Independent School District (JISD) is requesting Proposals for Construction Manager-at-Risk services for the construction of various 2023 Bond Projects specific for New Middle School #2, Elementary School #4, Operations Center, and Expansion to High School in Jarrell, Texas, pursuant to Texas Education Code Section 44.038 using a one-step process.

Proposals must be received by: Thursday, July 20, 2023, 2:00PM CST. Additional submittal requirements are provided in the full Request for Proposal.

JISD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formalities or technical inconsistencies, or delete any item/requirements from this Request for Proposals when deemed to be in JISD’s best interest.

NOTICE OF RULES REGARDING EROSION CONTROL AND PROTECTION OF DISTRICT FACILITIES AND SYSTEMS

Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 19H (the “District”) has adopted Rules Regarding Erosion Control and Protection of District Facilities and Systems (the “Rules”) to protect the District’s utility and drainage facilities and systems (collectively, “District Systems”), and the water quality within the District. The Rules regulate activities during development and construction, and require the submittal of related plans; the installation, maintenance, and inspection of erosion control devices and construction dumpsters; and the removal of construction debris. The Rules prohibit any foreign materials or debris (including motor oil, grass, leaves, or tree clippings, trash, construction debris or silt) from being placed, thrown, disposed of, deposited, discharged, or allowed to migrate into the District Systems. Breach of the Rules may subject the violator to a penalty in an amount $500 per offense together with the payment of all costs incurred by the District in connection with the violation. Each day of violation will constitute a separate offense.

Invitation for Bid

Sealed responses addressed to the Finance Department, City of Liberty Hill, 926 Loop 332, Liberty Hill, Texas 78642, for:

City of Liberty Hill CR 260 & CR 266 Wastewater Interceptor – Phase 1

will be received prior to 2:00 P.M., August 09, 2023, then be publicly acknowledged.

Purpose: The City of Liberty Hill, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for the construction of approximately 6,031 L.F. of 21’’ASTM F679 PS115 PVC wastewater gravity main at varying depths up to 14 ft. , 21 - 5’ diameter standard manholes, 140 L.F. of road bore with 42” steel casing and 24” ASTM F679 PS115 PVC wastewater gravity main, short service line installation, saw cutting and replacing existing pavement and concrete, erosion control, tree removal, 6’ chain link fence removal and replacement and other items, as more fully described in the Construction Plans and Project Specifications.
