Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 19F (the “District”) has adopted Rules Regarding Erosion Control and Protection of District Facilities and Systems (the “Rules”) to protect the District’s utility and drainage facilities and systems (collectively, “District Systems”), and the water quality within the District. The Rules regulate activities during development and construction, and require the submittal of related plans; the installation, maintenance, and inspection of erosion control devices and construction dumpsters; and the removal of construction debris. The Rules prohibit any foreign materials or debris (including motor oil, grass, leaves, or tree clippings, trash, construction debris or silt) from being placed, thrown, disposed of, deposited, discharged, or allowed to migrate into the District Systems. Breach of the Rules may subject the violator to a penalty in an amount $500 per offense together with the payment of all costs incurred by the District in connection with the violation. Each day of violation will constitute a separate offense.

ACCEPTANCE OF PETITION

AND

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CREATION OF WILLIAMSON COUNTY

EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT NO. 13

WHEREAS, on the 1st Day of December, 2022, the Williamson County Judge accepted a Petition to Create Williamson County Emergency Services District No. 13, and

WHEREAS, said Petition is in proper form as required by Section 775.013 of the Texas Health and Safety Code, and

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 775.015 of the Texas Health and Safety Code, the Commissioners Court is required to set a date, time and place for a public hearing to consider the Petition.

NOW THEREFORE, the Williamson County Commissioners Court hereby notifies the public of the following:

1. That the creation of the Williamson County Emergency Services District No. 13 is proposed,

2. That the District is to be created and is to operate under Article III, Section 48-e, of the of the Texas Constitution, as proposed by S.J.R. No. 27, Acts of the 70th Legislature, Regular Session, 1987, and adopted by the voters at an election held November 3, 1987.

3. That the name of the District shall be the Williamson County Emergency Services District No. 13.

4. That the boundaries of said District are as stated in the Petition.

5. That the public hearing shall be on the 23rd day of May, 2023, at the Williamson County Commissioners Court, 710 Main Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626 at 10:00 am.

6. That each person who has an interest in the creation of the District may attend the hearing and present grounds for or against creation of the District.
