The property seized from Respondent is U.S. Currency in the sum of ninety thousand two hundred twenty-three dollars ($90,223.00) and a 2008 Toyota Sienna Minivan (VIN 5TDZK23C48S114157). The property was seized as contraband on May 24, 2017, in Williamson County, Texas by Williamson County Sheriff law enforcement officers pursuant to Chapter 59, Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, as is more fully shown by Plaintiff’s Original Notice of Seizure and Intended Forfeiture on file in this suit.

The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law, and the mandates hereof, and make due return as the law directs.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID

Sealed Bids for the construction of the BERRY CREEK HIGHLAND– PHASE 6A will be received at the Austin offices of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., 10814 Jollyville Road, Avallon IV, Suite 200, Austin, Texas 78759 (hereafter “Engineer”) until 2:00 PM on Thursday, November 2, 2023, then publicly opened and read them aloud. Place and Time of Award: The District will consider the award of the sale of the Bonds on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at 12:00 PM, C.D.T. at a designated meeting place located outside the boundaries of the District, at the offices of Armbrust & Brown, PLLC, 100 Congress Avenue, Suite 1300, Austin, Texas 78701. Action will be taken immediately by the Board of Directors of the District to accept or reject the best bid.
