The property was seized as contraband on May 24, 2017, in Williamson County, Texas by Williamson County Sheriff law enforcement officers pursuant to Chapter 59, Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, as is more fully shown by Plaintiff’s Original Notice of Seizure and Intended Forfeiture on file in this suit.

Place and Time of Award: The District will consider the award of the sale of the Bonds on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at 12:00 PM, C.D.T. at a designated meeting place located outside the boundaries of the District, at the offices of Armbrust & Brown, PLLC, 100 Congress Avenue, Suite 1300, Austin, Texas 78701. Action will be taken immediately by the Board of Directors of the District to accept or reject the best bid.
