Cook's Corner: Add a little spice to your party menu

Today, I’m going to share a few recipes for party food…appetizer-type pick-up food…and two wonderful new holiday cakes.

Most of the appetizers can be made now and frozen for gatherings to come, but I’ll start with this new recipe for pimiento cheese that I tried last week from Ina Garten. It is a little spicy, and actually has no pimientos in it, but I think it’s delicious.
