Earth Day was Monday, April 22, and the Sun City Recycles Club hosted an event to educate the community about being green and how to better take care of the planet. Booths were set up at The Retreat in Sun City, which provided information about native Texas plants, alternatives to one-use plastics, how to prevent water leaks, lawn maintenance and irrigation needs in the summer, and how to work…
