New three-story building headed downtown

A groundbreaking ceremony for a three-story mixed-use building on the corner of Sixth Street and Austin Avenue occurred Thursday, February 22. The project at 200 West Sixth Street aims to bring retail opportunities on the first floor, with Class A office space on the second and third floor, according to a letter of intent filed with the city.
