NOTICE OF SOLICITATIONThe Williamson County Commissioners’ Court invites the submission of sealed responses for:

25RFP72 Fire and Safety Maintenance Services, Inspection and Testing

Sealed responses will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Williamson County Purchasing Office located at 100 Wilco Way, Suite P101, Georgetown, Texas 78626 on September 16, 2025, at 2:00 PM CST. All sealed responses must be received on or before the stated date/time.

The City of Liberty Hill, herein after “City”, seeks an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm, or  Corporation, herein “Respondent”, to provide consulting services to prepare a City Engineering  Manual. The selected consultant/firm is expected to have a solid track record of successfully  developing municipal engineering design standards and technical specifications, preferably in  Texas, and aligning such standards with current development codes and best practices.

The Engineering Manual will be developed in coordination with the City’s ongoing Unified  Development Code (UDC) Rewrite, scheduled for completion in October 2026. The Engineering  Manual will serve as the technical design and construction standards companion to the UDC,  ensuring that the policy and regulatory framework established in the UDC is supported by clear,  consistent engineering requirements for public infrastructure. The two documents will be cross referenced and aligned to avoid conflicts and to ensure ease of use for staff, developers, engineers,  and contractors.
