    On Friday, Williamson County elected officials and department heads gathered at Staccato Ranch in Florence to review the county’s strategic plan while receiving leadership training. 

    With the approval of the new fiscal year budget, county leaders took the time to debrief and update the county’s key-goal plans for the next year.
