Adoption Day: Families, officials celebrate children finding their forever homes

Running around the County Court-at-Law courtroom, toddler Jonah McClellan grinned from ear-to-ear while playing with balloons with his new older sister, Riley, on Friday morning. With colorful streamers and lawyers in superhero costumes, Williamson County formally placed Jonah with his now adopted parents, Hillary and Patrick McClellan.
