Betsy Lambeth has a new thing coming. Donning her signature teal with pearls or a brooch, her quick wit and calm demeanor give insight into how she wore her judicial robe.
Her attentive eyes survey the packed 277th District Courtroom in the Williamson County Justice Center. From family to colleagues to residents she presided over in past cases, the crowd exchanged hugs and stories.
