Bricks salvaged from Jarrell ISD’s 1916 Building are getting a second life as workers began installing them last week on the outside of the district’s new community space, designed as a replica of the original school building.
The first 1916 Building, deemed unsafe and not salvageable last year, was demolished in November, but the bricks were saved.
