Animal shelter partnership advances

Georgetown City Council on April 9 approved an interlocal agreement with the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter’s other partners to incorporate Georgetown into the county shelter. Under the agreement, Georgetown will pay for its share of operational and maintenance costs for 10 years and will fund an expansion of the shelter to include at least 106 dog kennels. ...
