Business owners deal with changing downtown landscape

As the heart of Georgetown continues to evolve, small business owners find themselves navigating both opportunities and challenges in the increasingly competitive downtown real estate and commerce environment.
While storefronts in downtown Georgetown can be slow to change hands, real estate agent Annette Montgomery said the market is “pretty hot.”
