Over the last months of 2025, The Caring Place’s annual “Hunger Free Holidays” campaign received 1,770,337 pounds of food, surpassing the nonprofit’s goal of 1 million pounds.
Through the Central Texas Food Bank and discounted suppliers, The Caring Place can purchase about 11 pounds of food for every $1 donated.
