Developer plans new retail, yoga space near Sweet Lemon

    A three-story building could be coming to the vacant lot at the corner of Church and Ninth streets one block from the Square.

    Historic Architecture Review Commission had a concept review discussion Thursday, August 8, about the plans for 205 East Ninth Street. The proposed three-story building would host retail space and a yoga studio.
