Filings for Georgetown City Council and GISD May elections open

The next general election for Georgetown City Council and Georgetown ISD School Board positions will take place on May 4.
The first day to file for a place on the general election ballot was January 17. The final day to file is February 16 at 4:30 p.m. for the school board and 5 p.m. for city council. Polling locations for the May 4 election will be listed at www.wilcotx.gov/elections o…
