Former Sun reporter Brigid Cooley publishes her debut book of poems, family recipes. The collection of poems touches on topics from a woman’s strength, family wounds and eating disorders.
Cooley’s work has been published internationally in anthologies and collections. She lives in Georgetown, working with at-risk youth and teaching poetry workshops.
