Georgetown proposes sidewalk cafes, patios for downtown businesses

After a year of gathering feedback and working out details, Georgetown city staff on September 8 presented city council with a proposed two-year pilot program that would allow downtown businesses to create removable outdoor seating areas on sidewalks and street parking spaces.
