Average Georgetown homeowners should see a decrease in the city portion of their property tax bills next year.
The City of Georgetown is building its budget for the next fiscal year based on this year’s current city tax rate.
This means budget proposals for the 2025 Fiscal Year will maintain the 2024 tax rate of 37.4 cents per $100 of property valuation.
