HARC rejects facade changes again

    For the third time in as many years, Georgetown’s Historic Architectural Review Commission denied a facade change to the retail building just off the Square at 817 South Austin Avenue. The rectangular building, with its light stucco exterior, is the current home to All Things New, and Bella and Birdie Interior.
