Hutto man gets 30 years for shooting at Georgetown police officer

Malcolm Watts, 25, of Hutto, pled guilty this month to shooting at a Georgetown police officer during a domestic disturbance back in 2021. 

He was charged with aggravated assault of a public servant and on October 10, was sentenced by Judge Stacey Mathews to serve 30 years in prison.
