Medical building near Sun City to serve independent medical practitioners

A new medical park office, called Ascalon, aimed at independent medical professionals is coming right outside of Sun City at 4829 Williams Drive.
The building will be 45,000 square feet and three stories tall. There will be the infrastructure to support ambulatory clinics, support for surgical suites, diagnostic imaging equipment and emergency care facilities.
