New development could introduce mix of housing options

    A development with a mix of multi-family and single-family housing — including 153 townhomes, 360 apartments and 127 single-family units — could be brought to northeast Georgetown’s extraterritorial jurisdiction through the Serenity Ranch Municipal Utility District.
