The construction on the Williams Drive bridge over Interstate 35 will be “substantially complete’’ by the end of the month, according to Bradley Wheelis, communications director for Texas Department of Transportation.
The new redesigned bridge will feature a diverging diamond interchange to alleviate traffic in the area of Williams Drive and I-35.
