    On Friday, September 8 the East View Lady Patriots topped the Elgin High Lady Wildcats with a 3-0 win.

    Starting the Pats’ first set strong, Ashlyn Walther scored the initial two points with back-to-back aces. Scoring three kills, Maissa Pozo kept the Lady Patriots in the lead at 8-4. The final score of the first set was 25-9, East View.
