Sun City residents hope that, by next Memorial Day, the Veterans Memorial Plaza will have a fresh look.
Former Merchant Mariner and Navy Reserve Captain Tom McCabe, along with other service members of the Veterans Memorial Advisory Group in Sun City are trying to raise funds to renovate and improve the plaza to have it include a reflection garden.
