Georgetown say change will make for better customer experience
Applications for special events are being changed to create a more streamlined process for both applicants and Georgetown city staff.
Discussed at the August 8 meeting, city staff presented the new procedures, fee structures and requested feedback from the council. The changes include special event permit updates, a better customer experience and website updates.
