Sun City residents seek answers about Pulte expansion plans

A petition that began circulating in Sun City on October 18 has drawn an estimated 1,000 signatures, with signers requesting a meeting with the community’s board of directors and developer Pulte Group to discuss Sun City’s future expansion and how adding homes would impact existing amenities for residents.
