Taylor man sentenced to 15 years for stalking

    Harley William Hovey, 30, of Taylor, pled guilty to stalking with a previous stalking conviction and will serve 15 years. 

    According to the Williamson County District Attorney’s office, Mr. Hovey was a member of a Round Rock gym owned by the victim. 

    In 2021, he was convicted of stalking the victim’s friend and roommate and was sentenced to two years in prison for his actions. In that case…
