Developer asks for agreement after two years of negotiations

    After two years of no progress, land developers for the Tonn Tract project on County Road 305 presented Jarrell City Council with an ultimatum — sign an official development agreement or face the property disannexing from the city’s extraterritorial jurisdiction.
