Jarrell Briefs: City of Jarrell adds new wastewater contractor

    The City of Jarrell will enter a new contract with Crossroads Utility Service for its wastewater service after terminating its previous contract with Inframark. In its monthly city council meeting, Jarrell approved the new agreement after many instances where the company was displaying “unprofessional” behavior....
