Officials, design and construction partners convened in Cedar Park Tuesday, March 5, to cut the ribbon on Phase 2 of the Anderson Mill Road construction project.
The project transformed a section of the heavily-traveled Anderson Mill Road between Cypress Creek Road and Whitestone Boulevard, known as Ranch to Market Road 1431.
