The City of Leander will transition from Phase 2 to Phase 4 emergency water conservation starting Monday, February 12, to prepare for Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority contractors shutting down and replacing 1,400 feet of the underwater pipeline that is Leander's primary source for potable water from Lake Travis.
