Ryan Adam Madden, 38, was taken into custody for the alleged homicide of 42-year-old Cody Wayne Kinslow of Temple on September 29, according to the Bell County Sheriff’s Office.
Referred to as the “Little Flock Homicide” by authorities, Bell County authorities said Mr. Madden had two other alleged accomplices: Howard Lee Bailey, 47, and Sandy Gayle Carrese, 40, of Liberty Hill.
