H-E-B, Costco, Samsung and water

Equipment is parked and waiting on New Year’s morning at the new Costco site in the northwest corner of Interstate 35 and Lakeway Drive. Across from the airport, upper left, is the fast-building cluster of industrial and distribution buildings which will connect to Airport Road, center, and the southbound frontage road west of I-35.
Cities in Williamson County saw the beginnings of several large manufacturing, infrastructure and industrial developments in 2022, including the groundbreaking on Georgetown’s incoming South Lake Water Treatment Plant and construction on the Samsung semiconductor in Taylor.
