Home interest rates have doubled from spring to fall, slowing both new home sales and projected district enrollment growth, according to Georgetown ISD’s most recent demographer’s report. 

Bob Templeton, Templeton Demographics president, made his Third Quarter 2022 report to district trustees Monday, December 12.
