Learn about agricultural, wildlife tax options at upcoming landowner’s workshop
The Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Service will hold a Landowners Property Valuation Workshop, 1-4 p.m., October 27, Georgetown Annex Building, Second Floor Conference Room, 100 Wilco Way, Suite 226. The cost is $29.
Presenters will help landowners obtain and maintain agricultural and wildlife tax valuations through the Williamson County Appraisal District.
Speakers will discuss:
• Property Assessments and Valuations Available in Williamson County - Williamson County Appraisal District (WCAD) - Wade Huntsberger
• Consulting and Financial Assistance Programs available for landowners -Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) – Jess Anderson
• Bee husbandry and practices for Agricultural Valuations - Williamson County Area Beekeepers Association (WCABA) – Randy Oakley
