Library hosts teen Halloween events Saturday

The Georgetown Public Library is hosting two Halloween-themed events geared toward pre-teens and teens this week. Both events are free.

Beginning at 1 p.m. on Saturday, kids aged 9-12 can try to make it through the library’s Mystery Mansion Escape Room. Inside the escape room, participants will solve puzzles and hunt for keys in an attempt to get out. Snacks and board games will also be available.

Later that day, a special showing of Ghostbusters will take place for teens aged 12-18. The movie begins at 3 p.m. in the library. Attendees can wear costumes and swing at a Halloween pinata.
