New senior living community names executive director
The Hacienda at Georgetown — a resort- style senior living community opening early next year — named Annika DiNovi as its new executive director. The group announced the leadership update Thursday.
“My goal as the executive director at The Hacienda at Georgetown is to foster an environment where our residents love to live, but just as importantly, where associates love to work,” Ms. DiNovi said. “My passion to provide the most complete care for seniors and create extraordinary communities comes from the time I spent with my grandfather, who lived independently in a retirement community until the age of 101.”
Under construction at the northwest corner of Williams Drive and Del Webb Boulevard, The Hacienda at Georgetown will have a combined 231 independent living, assisted living and memory care units available. It also features dining venues, a pool, theater and fitness center.
The project, which is managed by Watermark Communities, broke ground in late 2020.
A Seattle native, Ms. DiNovi brings 15 years of experience to The Hacienda. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling psychology.
