Lighting of the Square to bring holiday cheer November 25

Christmas is coming early this month with Georgetown’s annual Lighting of the Square. The event, which is a collaboration between the city and Williamson County, takes place the evening of Friday, November 25, the day after Thanksgiving.

G’town Parks and Rec launches mobile program

The city of Georgetown is bringing recreational activities to residents through its new Rec on the Go! mobile program. The program will host its first event from 4-6 p.m., Tuesday, November 15, in San Jose Park, 1707 San Jose Street.

Honor veterans Friday in Sun City and at Field of Honor
