Mary Fenoglio section was an exquisite treat

What an absolute delight it has been to read the pullout section with Mary Fenoglio’s wonderful columns. I always enjoyed reading her but — to my great regret — didn’t always take the time. Experiencing the joy of the samples you shared with us has only sharpened that remorse at what I missed.

What lovely prose, and what a wonderful glimpse into a world gone by or too-quickly slipping away. Her musings bring home some very fond recollections of my own and make me wistful for the people and places that now live only in my memory. Then to have the always-fabulous photos by the extremely talented Andy Sharp to accompany them…this section is a keeper.

Such a treat to read, and such a very great loss, not only to her family, but to all of us. Thank you for sharing.
