Stage set for Wilco Fair and Rodeo
The second annual Williamson County Fair and Rodeo will ride into Taylor October 26-29.
The four-day event, which debuted last year, is held at the Williamson County Expo Center in Taylor. It will feature live music, food and all the rodeo excitement of last year, with new activities added as well.
This year, a Selena tribute artist will be performing at the fair. Daily “Paul Bunyan” shows will bring lumberjack humor and demonstrations to the public.
The last two nights will focus on rodeo events. Spectators can expect to see bull and bronc riding, as well as horsemanship of all kinds.
There is also space for the kiddos at the carnival, which includes a petting zoo, as well as pig racing on the tarmac area.
Vendors will be attending and showcasing wares all through the event.
