City council greenlights proposed food courtyard, housing developments
A site plan for an incoming outdoor food vendor location being developed at 601 South Austin Avenue. Georgetown City Council approved a special use permit for the project during a November 22 council meeting.
A site plan for a condominium development proposed for 402 and 406 West Morrow Street. The development would bring in 14-18 townhomes, as well as a coffee shop.
Council members unanimously approved a request to rezone 169-acres of land to make way for the planned East View Terrace townhome and commercial development. The property is located at the southeast corner of State highways 130 and 29.
A 61-acre tract of land was rezoned November 22 to make way for a residential home development. The land is at 2800 Westinghouse Road and backs up to Round Rock’s city limits.
