Request for Qualifications
Sealed responses addressed to the Finance Department, City of Liberty Hill, 926 Loop 332, Liberty Hill, Texas 78642, for:
City of Liberty Master Plan for City Park
will be received prior to 2:00 P.M., December 21, 2022, then be publicly acknowledged.
Purpose: The City of Liberty Hill, herein after “City”, seeks an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm, or Corporation, herein “Respondent” or “Consultant”, to provide a prepared a master plan for one park property, called City Park. The park is approximately 24 acres, located off County Road 200 and Highway 29.
Project Background: The City of Liberty Hill has placed a high priority on developing our parks system. The City currently has minimal developed park space to provide outdoor recreation opportunities to our residents. Long-term, we are looking to change this and increase, as well as develop, our parkland. In the short-term, our goal is to improve this existing City Park and make it a regional draw.
City Park is currently our main park facility. Its fields serve hundreds of soccer kids and their families each week, and our new pool facility will open for Summer 2023. The City of Liberty Hill is looking to enhance the usability of the park for its existing youth sports programs, while also adding additional amenities to make the park a desirable attraction for the entire community. The City will use this master plan in our efforts to obtain a TPWD Grant, which would allow us to pursue the planned improvements and additional amenities at this existing park.
Ultimately, the City seeks a knowledgeable and qualified park consultant that can provide the details needed to develop and construct the above mentioned park project, while working with the City in order to ensure the park plan is the best fit for the needs of our community.

will be received prior to 2:00 P.M., January 11, 2023, then be publicly acknowledged.
Purpose: The City of Liberty Hill, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for the removal and reapplication of a protective coating system for the interior and exterior of a 150,000 gallon multi-leg steel elevated potable water storage tank.
