Old Town residents form neighborhood association

    Residents of Georgetown’s Old Town neighborhood are banding together to create their own neighborhood association. 

    Over 60 people gathered Tuesday, February 28, at the Grace Heritage Center for the association’s launch meeting, which included the election of interim steering committee members and a unanimous vote to form the association.
